Alice Waters. She reminds me of what is important in life. Notice that the cooks in the restaurant use stainless steel cookware- most restaurants use aluminum and Teflon. Also listen out for what she has to say about microwaves- she does not have one, by the way. It is inspiring to see her determination to stick to her values, even if criticized. She knows her path.
